The previously unseen combination of a Multipack 8000 from OYSTAR Benhil (Neuss) with a ModuLine 2.0 from OYSTAR A+F (Kirchlengern) is raising the bar: It is the worlds highest output machine for wrapping butter, margarine, lard, and other pasty products in packs of 100 to 500 grams. Output has been increased to up to 250 packs per minute. The machine also pos-sesses an unrivaled level of flexibility in terms of the formats and materials it can handle.
The innovative packaging solution offers many other advantages over its successful predecessor model, the Multipack 8362, all of which increase efficiency considerably. Other highlights include smaller external dimen-sions and exceptionally short conversion times of under 45 minutes. Changes to pack height can also be made in just 5 minutes, without the operator having to swap parts.

The ideal accompaniment to the Multipack 8000 is the ModuLine 2.0, a modular tray packer. Capable of processing at a rate of over 30 packs/minute, its compact design and modular structure offer the flexibility needed to meet all customer requirements. The OYSTAR A+F ModuLine has proven itself over the years and has undergone continuous develop-ment. Over 2000 such machines have now been installed worldwide. The ModuLine consolidates all tasks associated with grouping products, plac-ing them in prepared boxes, and sealing boxes, thereby enabling these tasks to be executed by a single machine. The individual components of the machine are therefore designed to work seamlessly together.
