No more sore thumbs

Thursday 11. September 2008 - Superfos’ new FlexOpener lends a hand in opening the lid on SuperFlex paint containers

Many painters, employees at do-it-yourself markets and others who open several plastic containers every day have experienced the sore thumbs and other fingers. But now Superfos introduce a helping hand – the new FlexOpener.

“This little piece of hard plastic is simply brilliant. You just place it under the rim of the lid and then draw it all the way around the container in one simple and quick movement. Then the lid comes right off and you save both time and sore fingers,” says Product Design Manager Torben Noer from Superfos.

A clear-cut customer gimmick
The new FlexOpener can be tailored to the a paint manufacturer’s own design, thereby working perfectly as a sales and marketing gimmick.

“The FlexOpener is made especially for the SuperFlex the long-time industry favourite within plastic containers for hot and cold filled food, paint and other industrial products. We see this gimmick as a nice ad on to our packaging solutions. This way, we give our customers the opportunity of offering their customers that little extra something that just might make the difference. It will certainly ease the everyday life of the end-users and that is not half bad,” Torben Noer ends.
