Shaping the future together – the alfa customer forum

Thursday 16. October 2008 - alfa Media not only supplies systems to its customers. It also acts as their partner. To further strengthen the open exchange of ideas with its customers, alfa Media plans to host the alfa KundenForum (alfa customer forum) two to three times annually.

The alfa KundenForum will serve as a discussion platform to promote intensive dialog. Product managers from alfa Media will present their latest product innovations and discuss planned development steps with participants. The forum will also highlight current trends in the publishing and media sector. This will allow the company to identify customer wishes, and sharpen its focus on their requirements.

“Customer satisfaction no empty promise for us,” emphasizes Rainer Lang, Head of Sales and Marketing at alfa Media. “We want to provide our customers with solutions that are tailored to their requirements. This is why we are using the alfa customer forum to enter into even closer dialog.”

The series of events is targeting “super users” – interested representatives from the publishing and media sector who work with alfa Media solutions on a daily basis. The official language of the alfa KundenForum will be German.
