Le Quotiden Jurassien selects new Editorial system solution from alfa Media

Monday 11. August 2008 - Le Quotiden is one of the leading daily newspapers in the canton of Jura and Berner Jura area in Switzerland. It has a daily circulation of 22,000 and about 50,000 readers. The editorial focus of Le Quotiden is naturally on local news, but also business, sport, culture and general themes in society is dealt with.

Le Quotiden has – with alfa NewsSuite Enterprise – now decided for an editorial system that handles all aspects of the editorial process right from the writing of articles to publication. The editorial department consists of 40 workstations and their work processes/data entry will be optimized through this new dynamic application. alfa ProductionSuite will be deployed together with the editorial system to improve planning and tracking of production. alfa AdSuite Enterprise will further add to visibility and traceability in the advertising processes.


The goal of this implementation from alfa Media is to build a solid platform that can handle the demands of the future of cross-media publishing
