WRH MARKETING UK EXTENDS SERVICE WITH ESHOP

Friday 19. June 2009 - WRH Marketing UK has extended its service and support to Ferag customers in the UK and Ireland with the development of eShop, an on-line facility that provides 24-hour access for ordering spare parts.

“We already provided 24-hour emergency spares support but if, for instance, someone on night shift wants to place an order for consumables, spare or replacement parts, they will now be able to do this and not be forced to leave a message for the day staff,” says stores manager Malcolm Jones. “Customers can view an image of the part they require, while the ordering process is quick and simple.

“Staff at our distribution centre in Harlow, Essex, which incorporates an automated picking system, will process orders received overnight as a priority. Stock items are dispatched for next day delivery. Customers will have their own individual password and be able to view stock levels and prices. The new eShop website will make the whole process of accessing parts for the extensive range of Ferag equipment we sell much more straightforward.”
