Ipex Exhibitors Get a Boost with Enhanced E-Zone

IPEX 2010 e-zone

Monday 23. March 2009 - IPEX 2010 has enhanced its e-zone, www.ipex.org/ezone, helping exhibitors to promote their presence at the show via its website.

The e-zone now allows exhibitors to upload company details, new products, product descriptions, press releases, white papers and video clips onto the IPEX 2010 website. It forms part of a whole host of co-marketing tools available to exhibitors which includes personalised visitor invitations and maps, printed materials, templates and personalised registration URLs.

Compared to the e-zone for IPEX 2006, exhibitors now have an online checklist with deadline dates so they can see at a glance which items they need to complete and when. Improvements have also made the IPEX 2010 website a more user-friendly information portal for visitors to find out about exhibitors at the event. Previously, all materials uploaded by a company appeared as a lengthy, static list. Now, users click on the relevant menu links to view each piece of information separately.

David Copeland, Marketing Manager of IPEX 2010, says: “Our figures show that many exhibitors are already using our website to tell their customers about what they will be doing – 80% have already populated their company profiles via the e-zone, and many keep coming back to upload more information. This enhanced content has resulted in our web traffic going through the roof: the number of unique users on our website is up 207% and the total page views up 97%, compared to the same point in 2006. By making use of the enhanced e-zone -along with the other promotional tools we offer – exhibitors can draw more visitors to their stands and maximise their success at the show.”
