Ipex 2010 Hits the Road To Meet International Exhibitors

Friday 23. January 2009 - The organisers of Ipex 2010 will host a series of international roadshows which will take place in a number of key territories throughout 2009.

Packed with lots of interesting information to help exhibitors maximise their presence at the show, these free of charge interactive events will be tailored to each local region.

The first leg of the Ipex 2010 international roadshow will kick off in Utrecht, The Netherlands on 11th March 2009, followed by visits to Italy (March during Grafitalia), Germany (April), Japan (May), China (May during China Print 09), France (June during Graphitec), USA (September during Print 09) and India (October during Ipex South Asia).

Existing and potential exhibitors will learn more about planned visitor features and event initiatives as well as the Ipex 2010 global marketing campaign, co-marketing opportunities and free marketing tools to help attracting a constant flow of visitors to their stands.

Presentations will also include a case study from an existing exhibitor and address logistical questions around travel and accommodation as well as sponsorship and promotional opportunities. The Ipex team will be on hand to offer advice on any event queries whilst trade journalists will provide a local market overview.

Comments Nick Craig Waller, Ipex 2010 Marketing Director: “With only 16 months until the show, preparations are ramping up so we’ve decided to take Ipex 2010 directly to exhibitors to make sure they’ll get the most from the event. The International Tours will provide valuable networking opportunities and hopefully stimulate the imagination of exhibitors when it comes to exhibiting at Ipex 2010. In particular in the current tough economic climate, the tour aims to empower exhibitors to take full advantage of pre-show promotion, gaining competitive advantage amongst their customers.”
