IFRA repeats its international forum for the news publishing industry in South-East Europe
Wednesday 07. May 2008 - IFRAs 3rd South-East Europe Conference on 25 and 26 September 2008 in Ljubljana, Slovenia
For the third time, IFRA invites decision-makers from South-East Europe to its international newspaper forum on 25 and 26 September 2008 in Ljubljana, Slovenia (www.ifra.com/events). This years programme will highlight the latest success stories in the region and will bring together international news and media professionals to discuss the present challenges and the future possible solutions.
Themed “Challenged Today, Successful Tomorrow”, topics of this conference – translated simultaneously into English, Slovenian and Croatian – will be:
– business models for semi-commercial printing,
– printing and distribution,
– cost reduction and
– digital media and advertising.
IFRAs programme includes visits to publishing houses and newspaper installations from the region’s “big players”. The conference offers the chance to meet international specialists and colleagues for networking opportunities and exchanging ideas.
The conference will comprise five sessions: Printing, Workflow & Distribution (both on 25 September), Convergence, Advertising and Digital Media (on 26 September).
