CEWE COLOR Holding AG: Dividend is to be increased to 1.45 euros

Tuesday 26. March 2013 - The Supervisory Board of CEWE COLOR Holding AG (SDAX, ISIN: DE0005403901) resolved in its meeting of today to support the dividend proposed by the Board of Management and to propose a dividend of 1.45 euros for each share eligible for dividends at the Annual General Meeting of the company on 5 June 2013 (2012 dividend 1.40 euros).

On the basis of the current share price of 32.155 euros (26 March 2013, 11:53 am, Xetra) shareholders will receive a dividend yield of 4.5%.
