New Partner Deals see WRH Marketing UK Expand Commercial Print Offering
Wednesday 22. September 2010 - WRH Marketing UK Ltd has announced its intention to duplicate its longstanding success in the newspaper and commercial web offset sectors within other graphic arts markets, following recent agreements to represent in the UK several leading manufacturers. To spearhead the drive the company has appointed James Thomas as Sales Manager, (national). He was previously an area sales manager with Manrolands sheet-fed division.
“This is an extraordinary period in the history of WRH Marketing UK and a very exciting time to be joining,” says James Thomas. “The company has ten years in-depth experience in working with trade partners and now in the commercial sheet-fed, packaging, digital, finishing and direct mail sectors, agreements with new partners strengthen even further the offerings to these markets, as well as to our traditional newspaper and commercial web customers.
“WRH Marketing UK has a well established infrastructure throughout the country and this includes experienced engineers, sales and support teams. In the deadline-driven newspaper arena, suppliers have to guarantee support that is one hundred percent reliable. We are geared up to giving that level of around-the-clock service to all areas of the graphic arts industry.”
WRH Marketing UK has chosen its trade partners carefully in order to ensure a continuity and synergy across all technologies and products within the graphic arts market. New partners, for which WRH Marketing has signed an exclusive UK deal, include Unigraphica, which has recently launched the Docu-Pack finishing system. This incorporates a myriad of processes such as die-cutting, laminating and label application.
Also new from Unigraphica is the Challenger, a multi-purpose finishing system for the direct mail, digital, magazine, book production, commercial sheet-fed and web markets as well as the newspaper sector. WRH Marketing UK will take on some existing Unigraphica products such as the Uniseal security labeling system.
The company has also signed an exclusive deal with Bury St Edmunds manufacturer DB Machinery to sell the ColorMatic ink mixing system, which is aimed at packaging, label and commercial sheet-fed printers.
“The WRH Marketing UK list of trade partners has grown over time to include leading industry names such as Technotrans, Tolerans, Thiesen & Bonitz, Segbert, Grafikontrol and Impact Air Systems,” says James Thomas. “Many of our trade partners, both existing and new, provide systems for the companys traditional newspaper, web offset and mailing markets. In addition, innovations within the Ferag and JobFolio post press product range are on-going.
“Over the coming weeks we expect to announce additional staff appointments, plus further agreements with several more new trade partners.”
