Q.I. Press Controls sets ground in Mexico
Friday 16. October 2009 - Managing Director of Q.I. Press Controls Spain, Raúl Barredo, announced the closing of the order with Compañia Editorial Ultra: the first Q.I. Press Controls solution sold in Mexico. On their semi commercial KBA COMMET Press, the mRC will be installed to automatically control colour- and cut-off register.
Compañia Editorial Ultra in one of the largest printing groups in Mexico and is part of the Editorial and Printing Group called “Grupo Espinosa. In 1983 they entered the high volume printing market, where quality and productivity are essential aspects. They are specialized in the printing of books, magazines and inserts. At their printing site they have five KBA COMPACTA presses.
“We are very pleased with this order. Not only because its the first order in Mexico, but having Compañia Editorial Ultra as a reference will also help us to further expand our market in Mexico,” Raúl Barredo explains.
