1,500 POLAR high-speed cutter delivered to Mexico
Wednesday 11. June 2008 - Offset Santiago from Mexico City got the 1,500th POLAR high-speed cutter ever sold to Mexico
Since 1980, Mario Gracia, the founder and president of Offset Santiago has developed a huge and well-known group of print-shops out of the small company from the beginning.
With his 230 employees, Offset Santiago works mostly in the segments of commercial printing. Nevertheless, one important focus is in the production of art books, where the company became very famous within Mexico.
A Heidelberg customer since the founding Mr. Gracia bought his first POLAR three years ago. “I am a very straight entrepreneur and like to make quick decisions, when I am convinced. After a long time using one of your competitors I am now sure, that a POLAR is the best machine to guarantee high quality, especially with producing the art-books.”
POLAR has become our preferred partner in cutting and this is to stay that way. When working in three shifts I cannot afford to have machines fail in a crucial situation.
