New ideas for cutting
Under the motto “New ideas for cutting”, POLAR is showing innovative solutions on various systems and high-speed cutters, for improving the quality and increasing productivity.
With the cutting-ideas we present the new POLAR 66 X cutting machine, our smallest cutter, suitable for networking.
The present X/XT generation high-speed cutters have got many perfected or completely new features. One example is the “PowerMonitor” that shows prematurely when the knife is becoming blunt. Another example is “OptiKnifePlus” which helps to further reduce the time for knife changing.
New ideas for automation
For POLAR, the focus of the topic, “New ideas for automation” is the industrial customer whose main goal is to reduce the costs per piece. Here, new and patent pending products will be shown that can increase the productivity of your company and help you to reduce personnel costs.
One of the trade fair’s highlights is POLARs new automated jogging system Autojog XT which, beside the automatic PACE cutting systems, is an unrivalled way to increase the efficiency of your cutting departments. Here we have a daily show of four presentations to show you the benefit of an automation.
New ideas for label production
With “New ideas for label production”, POLAR offers highly efficient solutions for producing die cut and square cut end products. For both areas, there are components and systems for industrial production, as well as, for smaller and medium print runs.
We have done a lot to increase the efficiency of your label production. One example is the Die-Cut LabelSystem DC-11 that now has the option manual loading and cardboard remover to be more flexible in reacting to customer demands.
New ideas for networking
All the “New ideas for networking” are compiled under the name P-Net and provide lots of unexpected possibilities. High-speed cutter set-up times can be reduced to almost zero and service costs drastically lowered.
POLARs new ideas about networking go on and on. The CountMonitor, integrated in the high-speed cutter, now allows to calculate in-line the number of sheets in a ream. Thus output und cutting progress can be recorded.
