Ricoh Australia Expands into the Top End

Wednesday 03. July 2013 - Ricoh Australia is pleased to announce it has expanded its national reach into the Northern Territory document management market through the acquisition of local print solutions provider DPS Business Centre (DPS) in Darwin.

DPS has a long history as a key Ricoh dealer, providing organisations with end-to-end print solutions throughout this time. The acquisition of the business signifies Ricoh Australia’s focus to offer customers across the country with complete and comprehensive services and solutions.
“We believe that the Northern Territory will be one of the strongest growth areas in Australia over the next 10 years. When the opportunity arose, it was a simple decision to acquire DPS – through them we have had a successful and long standing relationship with the Territory,” said Ricoh Australia’s Managing Director, Les Richardson.
“This acquisition offers an excellent opportunity to expand our consulting and document management solutions to Australia’s top end,” Richardson added.
