Monday 28. June 2010 - Lesley Letts has joined the Aylesford Newsprint Recycling Department as an Area/Office Manager responsible for supporting the mill’s recovered fibre suppliers in the south east.

With extensive industry experience covering waste management, recycling and local authority roles, Lesley’s knowledge of waste procurement processes and reprocessing needs will enable her to provide sound advice and workable solutions for those seeking best value for their recovered newspaper and magazine waste streams.

“I’m really excited to be joining Aylesford,” said Lesley. “For all the time that I’ve worked in waste and recycling they’ve always been a company with a solid, professional approach. I’m looking forward to helping suppliers make the most of their paper, ensuring maximum diversion with good quality service.”

Commenting on Lesley’s appointment, Andrew Perkins, Head of Recycling at Aylesford Newsprint, said: “Lesley has 20 years’ experience in the waste and recycling sector and will be a huge asset to our department. She’s very approachable and with her wealth of experience and knowledge will be of great value to our suppliers as well.”
