Printronix Expands Executive Team With Addition of Former HP Monochrome LaserJet Vice President and General Manager

Wednesday 31. March 2010 - Sreenath "Pendy" Pendyala Joins Printronix as Vice President of Global Marketing to Develop and Execute New Growth Strategies by Expanding the Scope of Line Matrix and Thermal Printing Solutions

Printronix Inc., a leading industrial and business printing solutions manufacturer, has added Sreenath “Pendy” Pendyala to its executive team. In his new role as vice president of global marketing, Pendyala will be responsible for the worldwide marketing of all Printronix and TallyGenicom product categories to ensure effective investment decisions across all geographies, vertical markets and product development.

Pendyala joins Printronix after a wide-ranging background in a variety of marketing and general management roles. Most recently, he served as the vice president and general manager of HP’s multibillion-dollar Monochrome LaserJet business. He was responsible for transitioning its worldwide headquarters from the United States to China to address high-growth opportunities in emerging markets. He also led the Americas Consumer Support Delivery organization as vice president, providing support for more than 5,000 of HP’s consumer products to more than 100 million U.S. consumers. In his role as vice president of Americas Partner Operations, he was responsible for the processes and systems that enabled sales of all HP products through enterprise, commercial and consumer channels. Prior to HP, Pendyala held senior leadership positions at Adaptec Inc., Metal Box India Limited, Mobility Electronics Inc. and the Compact Convenience Products Division of Seiko Instruments USA Inc.
