Punch Graphix nv – Changes to the management
Saturday 04. July 2009 - Punch Graphix nv (Punch Graphix) has announced that Wim Deblauwe is stepping down as CEO and statutory director with immediate effect.
Wim Deblauwe will succeed Guido Dumarey as CEO of the companys main shareholder, Punch International. Both from a practical viewpoint and for corporate governance reasons, the position cannot be combined with his current functions at Punch Graphix.
Herman olde Bolhaar, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, has been appointed as acting CEO.
