Hobim Bolsters Transpromo Printing Capacity With Xeikon 8000

(Hobim), Turkeys leading transactional printing and services company, has boosted its printing capacity by investing in two Xeikon 8000 digital printing presses from Xeikon, a division of Punch Graphix. Hobim chose the Xeikon 8000 - Xeikons flagship press - because of its cost-effective, uncompromising print quality (1200dpi at 4 bits per spot) at a top speed of 230 ppm, plus its 24x7 availability and uptime.
Extending printing capacity
Hobim provides 24×7 transactional printing services in addition to Turkcell services management, card and merchant operations processing, loyalty card applications and card personalization services. The company prints 45 million A4 pages and 30 million envelopes each month for telecommunications companies, banks and other corporate clients – and volume still continues to grow.
Hobims vast experience in these vertical sectors and its own innovative spirit prompted the company to add transactional and transpromo printing to its offering. The company converts traditional transaction documents, such as telecommunication, bank or credit card statements, in to direct marketing tools using three Xeikon DCP systems.
