TOTAL PFS LAUNCHES NEW ELECTRIC BUSINESS CARD SLITTER
Thursday 04. June 2009 - Leading independent finishing equipment supplier, Total Print Finishing Services, (Total PFS), is introducing a new desktop electric card slitting machine to its growing range of on-demand finishing equipment.
The CS 325 Modular electric card slitter, available from June 2009 and manufactured by Cyklos in the Czech Republic, provides a unique system of interchangeable cutting tools and precision adjustment guides, enabling the user to quickly and easily cut cards of a variety of dimensions and sizes to suit requirements.
The CS 325 Modular has a maximum working width of 325mm and accommodates paper weights from 80 – 400 g/m”. It processes paper up to A4 in size including laminated and coated stock. The CS 325 Modular offers a simple two-step process: firstly, sheets are manually fed and cut into longitudinal strips. The user then adjusts the cutting tools and feeding table guides and re-feeds the strips for cutting into cards.

The new CS 325 Modular is available exclusively in the UK from Total PFS. An introductory price of £1195.00 + VAT is being offered for a limited time – a £400.00 saving on the list price.
