CTP in Austria: The Styria Medien AG chooses Krause

Print Styria in Graz will in the future produce with two complete Krause platesetting lines

Monday 08. December 2008 - Print Styria in Graz will in the future produce with two complete Krause platesetting lines

Consisting of the two Krause LS Jet platesetters with BlueFin processors including workflow, the turnkey solutions will produce in Graz and communicate with the workflow installed at the St. Veit location. ìThrough the different speed options of our modular platesetters we were able to perfectly answer the demand of 200 printing plates per hour. In case of potentially more capacity in the future, we can increase the production speed anytimeî, says Frank Bockermann, responsible Sales – Director at Krause. The Krause lines produce for the existing manroland Colorman-press and replace the six year old Agfa Polaris platesetter and Haase processors.

Besides the flexibility, reliability and speed of the Krause equipment, project management was of major importance for Styria. Krause as the turnkey supplier could easily cope with this challenge by offering complete planning, implementation and service out of one hand.
