LFP - Large-Format-Printing

Epson Stylus Pro GS6000

Wednesday 05. November 2008 - The new Epson Stylus Pro GS6000 is the world’s most advanced 64" solvent-based commercial outdoor printer. Designed to exceed all print quality expectations, the Epson Stylus Pro GS6000 is one of the fastest 64-inch wide, roll-to-roll printer in its class.

Everyday use is extremely simple and this device sets new standards in overall printer reliability and reduces the total cost of ownership. And, for the first time ever, Epson has created an all-new solvent-based ink technology that has less impact on the environment.

Epson UltraChrome GS Ink technology introduces eight individual colors, including orange and green to capture one of the largest color gamuts for spot and corporate colors in the wide format arena. The UltraChrome GS Ink technology eliminates the need for external dryers and air purification systems. The result is a high-performance, solvent-based ink technology with stunning color gamut and accuracy, which has less impact on the environment.

For unsurpassed print quality up to 91 square-feet-per-hour (SFPH) or everyday production quality printing up to 180 SFPH, Epson has developed an all-new Dual-Array MicroPiezo AMC print head. Developed specifically for the Epson Stylus Pro GS6000, the latest print head technology has been redesigned for the demands of high-production solvent printing.
