MCOR APPOINTS JBM CORPORATION AS FIRST JAPANESE RESELLING PARTNER

Mcor Technologies Ltd, manufacturer of the only line of desktop paper 3D printers in the world today announced that it has appointed JBM Corporation, headquartered in Osaka, Japan, as their first channel partner in Japan. Based on the agreement, JBM will sell Mcor’s range of 3D printers in Japan.
JBM specialises in sales and service of CAD/CAM systems and have been reselling Mastercam products since 1993; they have been the world’s No. 1 in annual sales ranking of Mastercam since 2001. JBM will use their vast experience in the 3D software market to provide uniquely low-cost, full-colour 3D printing solutions to the medical, architecture and product design markets.

We believe that we can leverage our extensive experience in the Japanese market,” said Mr. Taiji Sano, CEO of JBM. “Mcor’s technology provides a top-quality output, colour accuracy, low cost of consumables and eco-friendliness, which gives competitive advantage over other 3D printers in this market.”

JBM joins a growing number of companies who are taking advantage of Mcor’s recent partner initiative. As a result of their partner initiative, Mcor have seen phenomenal growth in their channel; “the number of partners has increased by 1200% from July 2012 and as a result sales growth is about 600% for the same period,” added MacCormack. Mcor continues to seek channel partners worldwide and has very aggressive growth plans for 2013.
JBM will exhibit the Mcor IRIS at the 24th Design Engineering & Manufacturing Solutions Expo (DMS) in Tokyo, Japan, June 19-21, 2013.
