Huntsman Announces Fourth Quarter 2012 Common Dividend

Tuesday 13. November 2012 - Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN) today announced that the company's board of directors has declared a $0.10 per share cash dividend on its common stock.

The dividend is payable on December 31, 2012, to stockholders of record as of December 14, 2012.
