Huntsman Corporation Publishes 2011 Sustainability Report

Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN) announces the publication of its 2011 sustainability report, titled Innovative Solutions for Society.
The report is viewable on the Huntsman sutainability web site and can be downloaded in .pdf format. Printed copies also are available upon request from Sustainability@Huntsman.com.
“In our second sustainability report, we share how, through science and innovation, Huntsman is enabling our customers to meet the changing and developing needs of society,” said Ron W. Gerrard, Corporate Sustainability Officer. “We are reporting on nine key metrics from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Sustainability Reporting Guidelines. As we continue to build our sustainability program and gain a better understanding of the key measurements important to our stakeholders, we expect to expand our metrics in future scorecards.”
Huntsman’s sustainability report generally conforms to GRI 3.1 guidelines.
Innovative Solutions for Society also includes Huntsman’s first Communication on Progress to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), to which the company pledged its commitment in 2011.
