Paper Video Contest

Thursday 09. August 2012 - BJ Ball Papers , one of Mohawk's Australian paper distributors, is offering one local designer the chance to win a trip for two to New York and is promoting this unusual video contest with a video of sculptured type!

To be in the running for the trip, the designer needs to create a video (2 minutes max), which celebrates paper and creativity. The video must address the statement “paper is important to the design process because…”, and be aimed at an audience of fellow creatives. “Tell us how you find inspiration in paper, how you use paper in your creativity, how paper has influenced you and its importance in the creative process. And don’t forget to have fun with it!” explain BJ Ball.
The prize pack includes:
• Two return economy class flights to New York from any Australian capital city or Auckland, New Zealand.
• Four nights accommodation in Manhattan.
• A day trip to the Mohawk paper mill in upstate New York.
• A visit with the team at Pentagram, the world famous design agency, and
• US $1000 spending money.
