Heiler Software, a leading provider of Product Information Management (PIM) software for multichannel commerce, presents their new suite of products. The enterprise PIM solution of Heiler enables retailers and suppliers to manage all product data in one central source for all distribution channels.
New in version 5.3 for ecommerce solutions the standard interface to ATG has a strong performance system with wide ranges for complex processes.
The PIM platform includes the acquisition, management, and distribution of product information. “Successful multichannel commerce and ecommerce need perfect product data. The new standard adapter for ATG, supports the international multichannel and multi-store strategies for our customers,” says Greg Wong, CEO of Heiler Software Corporation in North America. In addition to ATG, Heiler Software supplies eShops as IBM, Intershop, and Demandware with Product Information.
“The complexity in relation to the handling of product data increases with each website, language, suppliers, target group, and brand specification,” says Heiler Board, Greg Wong. To control the complex processes and growing virtual ranges efficiently, Heiler has expanded, especially the load capacity for mass data. “With the right infrastructure, numerous import and export processes, and parallel processing of mass data is performed by many users -and with that stronger system performance,” said Greg Wong.
The operation has further improved Heiler in the new release. “In intensive exchanges with our customers, we have further simplified many processes in the application. The process helps companies reduce costs,” says Greg Wong.
