Shiner International Appoints Adam Liu as Corporate Secretary

Monday 04. April 2011 - Mr. Liu brings nearly 30 years of international business experience to Shiner

Shiner International, Inc. (NASDAQ: BEST) (“Shiner” or the “Company”), an emerging global supplier of packaging solutions for food, tobacco, and consumer products, today announced that it has appointed Adam Liu as Corporate Secretary, effective immediately. In his new role, Mr. Liu will oversee internal communications and documentation for Shiner and its Board of Directors.
Mr. Liu has nearly three decades of international sales, management, communications and project development experience in the U.S. and China. Prior to joining Shiner, he was Executive Manager of Asian market sales at Roymal, Inc., a manufacturer of water-based coating products for the packaging and printing industries. Mr. Liu previously served as a General Manager at Wantong International Corp. and as an ISO Publications Editor and Joint Venture Project Manager for the Changchun Automotive Research Institute at First Automotive Works (FAW). He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Liu will replace Ms. Kathy Zou, who resigned for personal reasons unrelated to the Company.
