Accurate Reproduction of PANTONE Colors – Pantone & Bodoni agreement
Thursday 13. May 2010 - Bodoni has signed a licensing agreement with Pantone LLC to include the new PANTONE PLUS SERIES in version 4 of pressSIGN-Pro and pressSIGN-PrintBuyer.
The new version of pressSIGN-Pro makes accurate five and six color printing easy. Select any color from the PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM¬Æ, the GoeÑ¢ System or the new PANTONE PLUS SERIES. Read the full width color bar with any one of a variety of spectrophomters and pressSIGN-Pro shows you how to adjust the ink keys to best match the selected Pantone Color.
pressSIGN leads the world in meeting international CMYK printing standards. The inclusion of the Pantone libraries in version 4 of pressSIGN is a major development for five and six color printing. pressSIGN’s color algorithms show operators how to adjust the density of any Pantone color to ensure consistently accurate printing whatever the paper or press.
