Thursday 04. February 2010 - DirectSmile stand no 434
Leading supplier of variable data printing and cross media marketing software, DirectSmile, will be exhibiting for the first time at Grafische Vakbeurs (9th-11th February 2010) in Hardenberg, Netherlands. As new exhibitors to the show, DirectSmile will be holding live demonstrations of the newly released, enhanced version of DirectSmile VDP Studio and its impressive product portfolio.
DirectSmile products are innovative software solutions that enable printers, marketing agencies and enterprises to operate seamlessly integrated workflows, when creating materials with variable content and personalised images.
Having been successful in the market since 2003, DirectSmile offers technology-leading image personalisation software. VDP Studio is not only the highest integrated VDP and image personalization software in today´s market, but the technology is also a base for intelligent online applications like DirectSmile Online, which enables buyers to incorporate image personalisation into existing applications like online-shops. Users of DirectSmile technology are also assured that all its products are designed to provide scalability and complete stability, for production class image personalisation.
Hans van Neutegem, the newest member of the DirectSmile team appointed as DirectSmile’s Sales Manager for the BeNeLux, comments, “Grafische Vakbeurs will be a great opportunity for Dutch printers and marketing professionals to meet DirectSmile and get a better understanding of our technology. We are looking forward to giving live demonstrations of practical tasks, showcasing our ability to provide a seamless workflow from image creation to full job imposition. In addition, we will discuss with delegates how any of the versatile DirectSmile software can help to generate successful business.
“Existing VDP Studio users can come and see the new features incorporated into the latest version of this software, offering increased workflow efficiency and ease-of-use. Such developments include a Barcode Module, Set Scaler, VBScripting and a complete Output Driver Package.”
Using Adobe InDesign layouts and the Design Editor capability of DirectSmile VDP Studio, printers and marketing professionals can design and render their own personalised images and output the print files in one data stream – making the process as simple and efficient as possible.
Hans van Neutegem concludes, “Exhibiting at this popular and important trade show is also testament to DirectSmile’s commitment to the Dutch market. The Netherlands is quick to take advantage of new technological developments, and we want to maximise this opportunity to support and advance the already growing interest that’s been demonstrated for personalised communication in this region.”
