Fuwei Films Announces Results of the 2009 Annual Shareholders Meeting

Wednesday 02. December 2009 - Fuwei Films (Holdings) Co. Limited (NASDAQ: FFHL) ("Fuwei" or the "Company"), a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality BOPET plastic film located in China, today announced the voting results of its Annual Meeting of the Company's Shareholders (the "Meeting") that was held on Monday, November 30, 2009, in Beijing.

At the Meeting, Mr. Xiuyong Zhang and Mr. Tee Chuang Khoo were re-elected to serve as members of the Board of Directors until the next annual shareholder meeting. Shareholders also approved and ratified the appointment of Kabani & Company, Inc., as the Company’s Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2009.
