myPhotopipe.com, Inc. Announces the Appointment of Darren J. Schiff as Chief Operating Officer and William C. LeRoy as Chief Financial Officer

myPhotopipe.com, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MPPC) today announced the appointment of Darren J. Schiff as Chief Operating Officer and William C. LeRoy as Chief Financial Officer. Schiff, a photo industry veteran, brings eleven years of experience to myPhotopipe.com. Schiff will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the company’s sales, marketing and service professionals, as well as the company’s fulfillment and IT operations. Most recently, Schiff was the Manager of Sales/Operations at Adoramapix.com, where he brought in $2mm of new business in less than six months and managed the full integration of a new manufacturing platform. Prior to that Schiff was Director of Business Development/Operations with Kodak.
LeRoy comes to myPhotopipe.com with an extensive background in finance, organization and profit enhancement. Leveraging his knowledge and experience in the areas of accounting, strategic planning and financial forecasting, LeRoy will be responsible for all facets of the company’s financial operations. Leroy comes to myPhotopipe.com from a successful position as Managing Partner and Senior Consultant with Compass Business Advisors, LLC where he has handled the rehabilitation or restructuring of over 35 companies, assisting in the completion of acquisitions, mergers, sales, fund raising, strategic partnerships, etc.
