New Sales Director for PLF International

Thursday 19. March 2009 - PLF International is continuing its ambitious expansion programme and predict another year of significant growth following the appointment of Ian Hillaby as Sales Director.

Mr Hillaby will be responsible for global sales and lead the drive for additional organic growth as well as seeking to develop new market sectors. He has over 30 years experience in the packaging industry, having started his career in 1978 with a design engineering apprenticeship with liquid filling and capping machinery manufacturer Gravfil Machines Ltd.

Following a variety of technical and sales positions, he was appointed New Business Development Director for GEI Filling, Capping and Labelling in 1997, incorporating the Albro powder filling machinery business. He has also served as Sales Director for Newman Labelling Systems, specialising in pharmaceutical industry machinery and further broadening the experience he will bring to PLF.
