InfoPrint at GraphExpo – Solutions Line-Up

TransPromo – InfoPrints recently launched end-to-end suite of TransPromo solutions which includes a dedicated Professional Services division will be available with components including AFP-enabled color and monochrome production printing suites, InfoPrint ProcessDirector (IPPD), alongside software from partners Prinova, StreamServe, Mapping Suite and Exstream. Members of the Professional Services team will be on hand to discuss and customize individual TransPromo packages that allow companies to accomplish two important results: increased ROI and higher response rates.
InfoPrint 5000 – This color printing system utilizes innovative piezo-electric, drop-on-demand inkjet technology with water-based pigment inks, resistant to fading and smearing, even on commonly-used digital papers. The platform will be printing TransPromo documents using two Hunkeler rolls. InfoPrint 5000 includes a powerful and extendable InfoPrint multi-computer printer controller technology that drives multiple Adobe PostScript RIPs and delivers high-speed printing to expedite job completion and enable consolidation of footprints.
Leveraging IPPD for high-speed production print environments, the InfoPrint 5000 provides a customizable process management system that can automate many tasks which were previously handled manually. The full line-up of services and solutions available with the InfoPrint 5000 offers customers complete tracking of a job from start to delivery.
Automated Document Factory (ADF) – ADF addresses regulatory compliance, high-postage costs and multi-site management concerns via modules including mailroom integrity, postal optimization and output management. This drives down costs and improves the integrity of production operations. With IPPD businesses can control and manage transaction output processes, enabling flexible control of print and mail production processes. IPPD also aids in streamlining operations, improving job-level process integrity, enhancing customer service, reducing errors and helping lower costs.
Print-On-Demand (POD) – InfoPrint’s POD solutions help handle challenges such as shorter print runs, faster turnaround times, complex set-ups and manual processes without any compromises in quality, speed or cost It enables customers to leverage existing PDF tools by automating prepress and print production for applications such as book and manual production, versioned educational course packs or personalized marketing collateral.
InfoPrint 4100 — The InfoPrint 4100 is a high-speed, monochrome continuous form printer driven by the InfoPrint POWER Controller. This 64-bit, multi-processing controller enables the latest models to run at up to 175 feet a minute and will show optimized productivity and lowered costs of printing. The InfoPrint 4100 MD1/MD2 is designed to meet the needs of transactional printers, service bureaus, direct mailers and book printers.
This solution will be demonstrating on-demand newspaper and book runs using LaserMax Roll Systems and MBO pre- and post-processing to help manage output.
Cut-sheet Solutions – The InfoPrint 2235 cut-sheet solution prints at more than 135 pages per minute, with remote management capabilities. This durable printer delivers exceptional versatility and a rapid return on investment for businesses that are downsizing, pursuing device consolidation or need a high-volume, secure multifunction solution. It bridges the gap between workgroup and continuous-form printers, providing high-speed, modularity and flexibility. At GraphExpo, the InfoPrint 2235 will be on display with booklet and binding finishing.
The InfoPrint 156EMP extends the current InfoPrint cut-sheet family at the high end, brings increased productivity, and targets an affordable cost per page for in-house print operations. The InfoPrint EMP156 boasts speeds of up to 156 pages per minute (ppm). It includes advanced paper handling technology, excellent print quality and a monthly duty cycle of up to 4.5 million impressions.
