Newtec launches the Robot G300!

Thursday 22. May 2008 - Newtec has developed a new G300 palletizer intended for low throughput operations in the region of 300 bags/hour, for bags from 5 to 50 kg.

Optimized in its design, standardized in its production, this “plug & play” type machine permits rapid return on investment even in the context of low use applications.

It’s a cartesian type robot intended for all types of industries.
Its ease of use permits easy starting on the part of the customer.

It relies on principles of mechanization tested by NEWTEC’S years of experience in this field.
On entering the palletizer the bags are flattened by a flattening device.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:

Bags enter the bottom of the palletizer and are then turned through 90o to the left or right, or through 180o depending on the scheme of palletization selected. This operation is carried out using a grab.
The separator sheet if needed is placed directly on the pallet, four stops holding it in place.
Each machine is equipped with a control terminal with a colour touch screen allowing the operator to select the programmes needed for current production, permitting the diagnosis of faults and manual operation, etc.
The palletizer is equipped with a modem permitting remote maintenance of the programme.

THE 3 VERSIONS OF THE G 300:

? Basic version with feed from a pallet truck
? Empty pallet fed on a pallet transporter
? Empty pallet distributor with evacuation on leaving the palletizer
