HR Leadership Changes
Monday 03. March 2008 - DuPont yesterday announced changes to its Human Resources leadership to effectively capitalize on "the power of one DuPont" and unleash the full potential of its employees.
The leadership changes effective yesterday include:
Don Johnson, chairman and representative director – DuPont K.K. (Japan), is named senior vice president – DuPont Human Resources, responsible for the global strategic direction of the companys human resources function. His successor in Japan will be named later.
Maritza Poza-Grise, director – DuPont Human Resources, is named vice president – DuPont Human Resources. She will be responsible for executing the companys human resources strategies globally.
“DuPont Human Resources is at a highly critical time in its mission to help advance our growth,” said DuPont Chairman and CEO Chad Holliday. “This year, we will phase in the most important people system change in our history. This will make us leading edge in meeting the needs of our people worldwide.”
