At the IPEX 2010, automated cutting was once again the number-one topic for many visitors

Tuesday 01. June 2010 - A very satisfying IPEX saw POLAR PACE systems scoring another hit

After the graphics industry’s leading trade fair this year, POLAR’s assessment is very positive. Not only did we obtain excellent sales numbers, we were also able to get many new projects under way. Managing Director Michael Neugart is satisfied: “We had more visitors than expected, and the same applies to our sales during the IPEX. Visitors found the new POLAR Xplus extremely interesting. Frequent inquiries were also made about the CutManager. The center of attention, however, was our automated cutting system L-R-137-T PACE. Several PACE systems have been sold at the fair. Customers are particularly impressed with its high efficiency and the potential savings provided by such a system.”

There is a high demand for digital printing. POLAR has taken this fact into account and has begun offering the POLAR 66 cutting machine on its german homepage. Mr. Neugart comments: “The POLAR 66 cutter is mainly used with formats around 35 × 50. Due to its high quality and long service life it is especially suited for Quick Printers and digital printers. This was also reflected by the very pleasing sales figures for this machine at the fair. All in all, this year’s IPEX was a success for POLAR!”
