Buhrs Americas to Display Entry Level Inserting Solution at Print 09

Tuesday 22. September 2009 - The Buhrs BB300 Solo, a versatile insert-ing system specially designed to meet the needs of smaller and medium sized com-panies, will be on display at Print 09 on the Lake Image Systems booth 8336. With an output of up to 10,000 inserting cycles per hour and high flexibility with respect to its mail processing capabilities and feeders, the system enables a cost-effective entry into the field of professional envelope inserting.

The BB300 Solo is the latest addition to the proven BB300 series of inserting sys-tems that have established themselves as highly modular inserting solutions since their introduction in 1995. The newest model offers smaller and medium sized com-panies the opportunity to accept larger jobs without difficulty. The BB300 Solo can be expanded by adding various feeders, such as folding, rotary, shuttle or vac-uum/friction feeders. In addition, it features auto¬loader options, including an enve-lope autoloader.

The BB300 Solo is capable of processing multiple envelope formats from #9 enve-lopes to flats. In addition the BB300 Solo can be equipped with multiple feeding technologies to handle the widest range of products in its class.

A bypass bin and high-performance software are both standard features on the BB300 Solo Standard. This differentiates the system considerably from the competi-tion by including a degree of error compensation. This extremely user-friendly sys-tem achieves excellent net output with almost no downtime.
