Friday 29. May 2009 - MediatexFlag is the name of Junkers & Müllers’ new fabric that significantly simplifies the flag printing process. The innovative liner on the reverse of the material protects the printer from ink soiling and can easily be removed within seconds.

This new flag material means a major development breakthrough for the manufacturer from Mönchengladbach in Germany, making the production process for flag manufacturers faster and less complicated. To date, the biggest problem arising during the print process with solvent and UV-hardened inks was the detachment of paper liners from the reverse of the material. Often, after printing the paper would tear or would be very difficult to remove, resulting in costly delays.

JM has fitted MediatexFlag with a liner made of fleece that can be easily and quickly removed after printing without causing any tears. The high-quality flag fabric captivates with its soft and highly textile feel. The printed image is brilliant for print as well as screen print, the fabric is free of white brittle and is also certified flame retardant. MediatexFlag is available in widths of up to 2.20m.

As with all fabrics by Junkers & Müllers, Junkers & Müllers is PVC-free and cdertified in accordance with the Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
