The 7th Beijing International Printing Technology Exhibition has concluded successfully. manroland has obtained unprecedented success through China Print.

manroland’s web offset division scored a good start at the grand opening through the introduction of China’s first CROMOMAN by Liberation Army Daily. Outstanding sales from webfed and sheetfed allowed the manufacturer to draw a successful close. manroland enjoyed the appreciation of their printing and media friends with its press demonstrations accompanied with fine print samples. The company took the opportunity to showcase two technologies: The ROLAND 700 HiPrint is the benchmark of sheetfed printing industry in packaging as publishing and commercial printing. The ROLAND 200 High Pile Press debuted in drupa 2008 and received customers’ high praise.

In addition, manroland also presented six special showcases during China Print: printservices runs through the whole service system, including equipment upgrades, remote services and system optimisation such as repair and maintenance services and personalised advice. printnet provides the full range of on-line and integrated solutions by increasing the automation. printcom is the manroland self-developed brand for certified process-compliant system components. printcom products can generate a stable production, enhance efficiency, improve quality and optimise performance. Beside a webfed presentation a green printing showcase indicated the latest, cutting-edge printing and ecological information. In the manroland financial corner there were special services for the customers; providing free investment tips and recommendations.

At the press conference Marco Faulhaber, managing director of manroland Greater China, gave a detailed presentation about how differentiation strategy can assist customers to implement value-added printing. manroland actively advocates and promotes the development and progress of the Chinese printing education. Thus the company arranged the 5th scholarship award ceremony at China Print 2009. Faulhaber expressed: “We will continually carry out the essence of WE ARE PRINT. Using value added printing solutions we stay ahead in the printing industry and work together with our customers to create a new era of printing.”
