Sealed Air Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

Monday 23. February 2009 - Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE:SEE) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per common share.

The dividend is payable on March 20, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 6, 2009.
