Hapa Appoints New Area Sales Director
Tuesday 04. November 2008 - Hapa-Laetus Inc. (Rockaway, NJ) has announced the appointment of Christopher W. Anderson as Area Sales Director for the Northeastern USA, for the Hapa range of just-in-time printing equipment. Working in collaboration with and reporting to Steve DiAngelis, Director for North America, Christopher will be based out of Hapas offices in Rockaway, New Jersey.
With almost two decades experience and a proven record of sales success in the print, packaging and print-for-packaging sectors, Christopher has an ideal profile for his new role. He joins Hapa-Laetus from Adolph Gottscho Inc., likewise a supplier of online printing systems. He was Director/Sales Manager for the Eastern Region, where Christopher was directly responsible for increasing sales by 20 percent year-on-year. During his time at the company, he also increased new HP technology sales and introduced key strategic partnerships. Prior to his position at Adolph Gottscho Inc., Christopher was Sales Manager, Pharmaceutical Printing/ Product Inspection for the North American Territory at Uhlmann Packaging Systems and Account Manager, Printing/Imaging systems for Canon USA.
Christophers new role will entail directing sales Northeast Region of all Hapa print systems including the new EasyFlex system, the companys new lower-cost solution for inline printing of pharmaceutical blister foils to small- and mid-sized pharma contract packaging companies, with an additional focus on biotech, nutraceutical and medical device companies.

Hapas range of technologies means that were able to deliver the right solution, whatever production patterns and batch sizes our customers are dealing with. My focus will be to help launch and sell Hapas new print systems entry EasyFlex into a new market and I look forward to increasing Hapa USAs total market share in North America.”
