Mimaki Engineering Co. Ltd. acquires nbn INDUSTRIE GMBH
Friday 11. July 2008 - At drupa in Düsseldorf (May 29th to June 11th, 2008) Mimaki announces the acquisition of its German distributor nbn Industrie GmbH.
Mimaki Engineering, a leading manufacturer of wide format inkjet printers and cutting machines for the Sign / Graphics, Industrial markets, and Textile / Apparel, announces the acquisition of nbn Industrie GmbH. Based in Herrsching, Germany nbn Industrie GmbH has been, up to the acquisition, responsible for distrbuting Mimaki products into the German market.
nbn Industrie GmbH was founded in 1968 as a small system-house for measurement equipment. The company focusses on innovative products and today nbn offers a complete range of products for the digital printing market. Its customers are well known dealers all over Germany who are specialists in their area.
