PEGASUS SOFTWARE RENEWS BPO CONTRACT WITH ACCESSPLUS
Thursday 23. April 2009 - Leading UK accounting and business software provider, Pegasus Software Ltd, has renewed its business process outsourcing (BPO) contract with AccessPlus. The new contract, estimated to be in excess of £1.2 million a year, was awarded to AccessPlus's Business Stationery Direct division in January 2009, following a competitive pitch.
Under the terms of the new contract, AccessPlus will continue to be responsible for the sales, marketing, production, storage and supply of all business forms used with Pegasus software.
Stuart Anderson, Operations Director, Pegasus Software explains: “AccessPlus’s Business Stationery Direct division is tasked with managing the ‘paper’ side of our business including invoices, statements, payslips and cheques.
“This outsourcing agreement has been crucial for us over the last ten years, as it has enabled Pegasus to focus on what we do best: the development of market-leading software. We are very confident the new contract will be carried out with the same level of professionalism we are accustomed to from AccessPlus.”
Anderson says a key aspect of the contract is the management of the ongoing operational relationships between Pegasus Software and its resellers and direct customers. He continues: “We reappointed AccessPlus for many reasons. The team has built very strong relationships with our customers over the past decade and there is no doubt that the continuity of service aspect was a very important consideration for us along with the fact that AccessPlus has consistently provided us with an excellent, professional service.

We provide them with the information they require and they take care of it from there. It is a pure outsourcing arrangement that works exactly the way it should.”
