Kodak Strengthens 5280 Solutions’ Capabilities to Digitize Information for MICROSOFT SHAREPOINT Server

Kodak and 5280 Solutions LLC recently announced a new independent software vendor (ISV) agreement at Microsoft SharePoint 2009 Conference in Las Vegas. The integration of KODAK Capture Pro Software, v 2.0 and 5280 Solutions’ DYNAMIC FILER Software will help businesses improve how they can use MICROSOFT SHAREPOINT Server to reduce the use of paper documents in an information-dependent environment.

Fujifilm announces ‘Pure PDF’

FUJIFILM Europe GmbH today announces the introduction of a new concept called ‘Pure PDF’ in relation to its XMF cross media workflow. Supported by a new logo, ‘Pure PDF’ serves as further evidence of Fujifilm’s commitment to the Adobe PDF Print Engine (APPE) and is being introduced to help explain how a workflow such as XMF based solely on the APPE can help meet the challenges of modern hybrid print production environments and deliver significant benefits.
