German Supreme Court Decision Upholds Validity of Key Ranpak Patent

Ranpak Corporation announced today that on February 19, 2008 the Federal Supreme Court in Germany fully rejected a nullity complaint filed by Storopack Hans Reichenecker GmbH, Germany on February 28, 2002. This action upheld the validity of Ranpak’s European patent EP 0 677 379. The decision of the Federal Supreme Court is final and not subject to appeal.
