Koenig & Bauer Duran takes on sales responsibility for the Koenig & Bauer portfolio

With effect from 1st June of this year, the baton of sales and service responsibility for products of the core business units of Koenig & Bauer on the Turkish market has passed to Koenig & Bauer Duran. This decision is seen as a logical next step after the acquisition of Durans folding carton business by Koenig & Bauer. It offers existing users and prospective customers for the groups sheetfed and web presses, rotary or flatbed die-cutters and other products and services even closer and more direct access to the manufacturer.

Preliminary key figures for first half of 2019 and adjustment of expectations for full year 2019

Bobst Group SA expects to achieve sales of CHF 737 million in the first half-year of 2019 compared to CHF 763 million in the same period in 2018. The Group expects to reach an operating result (EBIT) of around CHF 15 million (CHF 35 million in 2018) and a net result of around CHF 7 million (CHF 25 million in 2018) for the first six months of the year 2019.
