At a pre-drupa event held at its headquarters last week, Highcon announced a new portfolio of products to be launched at drupa this year. Existing customers, potential customers, press and analysts attended this first demonstration of the new products delivering the benefits of digital cutting and creasing to new markets.

Müller and KICM (Kern Investment Consulting Management) unveil their latest product, a multi-format, high-performance inserter system with up to 28,000 inserts per hour. Müller exclusively produces and distributes the system in global markets. They will show the new system at drupa. It will be available this fall.
After completing a successful field test involving its first MailLiner, Frey Plus, which is based in Ulm and is one of the leading direct mail companies in Germany, will commission a second Muller Martini MailLiner gathering system in July.

The key elements of this presentation are the KM 200 Zero-Make-Ready Perfect Binder with newly enhanced 3D Format Variation capabilities and the brand-new HD-HD 143 Three-Knife-Trimmer. This new zero-make-ready trimmer can trim books of different thickness, different height and different width without stopping for format adjustment. This will be one of the technology highlights at drupa 2016.
