International Paper (NYSE: IP) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share for the period from January 1, 2014, to March 31, 2014, inclusive, on its common stock, par value $1.00. This dividend is payable on March 17, 2014, to holders of record at the close of business on February 17, 2014.
It is with deep regret that the board of directors (“the board”) of Sappi Limited today announced that the CEO of the company, Ralph Boettger, will be relinquishing his position as CEO and director on 30 June 2014.
