ECRM PARTNER SOUTHERN LITHOPLATE TO INSTALL 12 MAKO NEWSMATIC LATESETTERS FOR OGDEN NEWSPAPERS BY YEAR END

ECRM with their partner, Southern Lithoplate (SLP), is pleased to announce that Ogden Newspapers, Inc has agreed to the installation of 12 MAKO NEWSmatic 250 platesetters by the end of 2008. Fujifilm PRO-T stability provides the key ingredient for Colourscript

East London print company, Colourscript, has become the latest convert to Fujifilm’s Brillia HD PRO-T processless plate. The installation was handled by Fujifilm distributor Service Offset Supplies (SOS) who also installed a Screen PlateRite CTP system, with Trueflow SE workflow, to run the plates.

Caxton, S. Africa’s Largest Publisher, Adds Tera’s Tark Archiving to Tera GN3 Editorial Content Management System

Caxton CTP, the largest publisher of newspapers by number of titles, magazines, books and commercial print in South Africa, has bought Tera Digital Publishing’s Tark archiving system for its flagship daily newspaper, The Citizen, in Johannesburg, to help it expand in the online publishing world.
