Exopack Holding Corp. Announces Extension of Exchange Offer for 11.25% Senior Notes Due 2014

Exopack Holding Corp. (“Exopack”) today announced that it has extended its offer to exchange (the “Exchange Offer”) $100 million aggregate principal amount of its 11.25% Senior Notes due 2014 that have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Old Notes”) for an equal principal amount of 11.25% Senior Notes due 2014 that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “New Notes”).

Sonoco Announces Expiration and Final Results of Its Tender Offers for Its 5.625% Notes Due 2016 and 9.20% Debentures Due 2021

Sonoco Products Company (NYSE: SON) announced today the expiration and final results of its offer to purchase for cash up to the maximum aggregate principal amount of its 5.625% Notes due 2016 (the “5.625% Notes”) and 9.20% Debentures due 2021 (the “9.20% Debentures” and, together with the 5.625% Notes, the “Maximum Tender Securities”) that it can purchase for $146,634,823. Sonoco refers to its offer to purchase the Maximum Tender Securities as the “Maximum Tender Offer.”
